The Minister’s handling of this undemocratic and unconscionable ban was a disaster from day one.
On Wednesday, he went and made it worse.
He accused Canada’s firearms retailers of being fear-mongers and likened them to arms smugglers.
He made them sound like merchants of death.
The Liberals just took a sledgehammer to these retailers’ businesses by making much of their inventory worthless.
Now they are calling Canadians small business owners names, again.
This appalling behavior by the Minister cannot stand.
